Return Policy
- 15 day return period for all machines* parts and supplies
- Labor, travel, shipping, and service fees are nonrefundable
- All parts/supplies, including toner and printheads, must be returned unused and unopened with original packaging
- 25% restocking fee applies for all machines and special order parts/supplies
- All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
- Copy Doc Business Solutions reserves the right to deny a return
*Includes all acessories, manuals, software, etc.
